Housing Project

In April of this year we secured the property with the two existing houses and room to build! We have quite a few renovations, repairs, and building to accomplish before the houses are livable for all 38 children. The children will be moving into the new property before March 2020 when their new school year starts, as they will be switching school districts. We are so excited for this permanent property to be their own land and their own long term placement. This is a massive step towards sustainability that we are so excited about. Please stay in touch for building updates and exciting news!

The housing project is underway! A big thank you to those who partnered with us while we were visiting Midland, Texas! We appreciate you and are so happy to have made new friends of TCP. We were able to raise a significant amount of start up finances to break ground and start building the boys’ dormitory! Thank you for being Champions and for receiving us so well! Please pray with us that it will be completed by March 2020 so all of the children can go to their new school! Thank you so much to everyone who has given generously and is prayerfully considering giving towards this project. God has been leading every step, and we are so grateful for you! We are empowering these children with an education and they are thriving!

Save the Date: The Champion Project's Annual Gala date is set for March 14, 2020!

Location: Old Town Marquee in Lansing, MI

This year we will be raising support to be able to pay off the Housing Project as the kids will be starting school in March as well!

We are gearing up for our Annual Champion Project Trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand! If you are a monthly sponsor of TCP or a specific child and you have missed the announcements, please email us if you’re interested in coming with us at info@thechampionproject.co. We need decisions and deposits by November 3rd so please reach out soon if you’ve missed the announcements and are interested!
